Policies You must be 18 or over with a photo ID. No exceptions! This is a Mississippi state law. Parents can not sign for minors. Walk-ins or appointments are welcome. Appointments require a $20 deposit applied toward your tattoo. Deposits are non-refundable and cancellations require 24 hours notice. If you show up intoxicated, you will be re fused service.
